• Angelus (6am,12pm,6pm) Article) set phone alarm to remind you
• Morning offering
• Morning Prayers
• Holy Rosary (Latin) or Holy Rosary (English) daily
• Our Lady of Sorrows Chaplet Tuesday and Friday only
• Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary pray one of the “hours” daily, e.g. Prime. Note: it doesn’t actually take an hour!
• Examination of Conscience before bedtime
• Evening prayers
• Sacred Scripture: (Douay-Rheims Bible) NT read one chapter/night.
• Important to read: OT Ezra 1-10, Nem 1-7, 8-12, 1 & 2 Maccabees (one chapter each night, NOT combined with NT reading)
• Important to read: Declaration of Truths
